  1. BALT-L. Online forum devoted to communications to and about the Baltic Republics of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. Subscription to this list is welcomed from anyone with skills or interests relevant to the Baltics, or who just wants to know what's going on. Short requests to help locate families or villages are carried in general-interest digest messages.
