at the Bureau of Vital Statistics,
MARRIAGE RECORDS
The
marriage records from 1842 to the present time are available at the Linn County
Recorders office. The address is Loretta
Brookshier, Recorder of Deeds,
To get a copy out of the books that come apart, it
will cost $1.00 per copy. Certified
copies are $9.00 each as set by the State of
DEED RECORDS
The
Recorders Office is not staffed to search land records. You can write Audrey Stigall,
The Recorders Office can copy deed records only if
the book comes apart and you give a specific book or page number.
