                                                                Passed Away

   Mrs. Amy STUFFLEBEAN DUNKLE, daughter of Mrs. George Moran of Laclede, passed away at her home in Visalia, Cali., July 12, 1923. She was well known here, this being her home until her marriage to George Dunkle, June 21, 1914. She was born near Shelby, this county, February 17, 1896. Her death followed an operation.

   To mourn her loss she leaves her husband, George Dunkle, who is still in California, her mother, Mrs. George Moran and four sisters, Mrs. John Jimmerson of Brookfield, Mrs. D. M. Robison of Meadville, Mrs. Frank King of Laclede and Mrs. Ward Wilson of Wheeling, as well as three nephews, and one niece and other near relatives.

   The remains were lain to rest in the cemetery at Visalia, Cali.

                                                    Good bye, our darling sister,

                                                        Gone home to rest in Jesus,

                                                    Where pain and sorrow

                                                        Will meet you no more.

Catherine STUFFLEBEAN, (born Oct. 26, 1860 in North Salem) age 76 years, died March 23, 1937. She was united to Josiah CORDRAY April 6, 1876. To this union ten children were born. Ella Head, Retta Head, Ola Cordray, Charley Cordray of North Salem; Archie Cordray of Miami, Gail Cordray of Purdin, John Cordray of Marceline, Cora Head of Bucklin, and Jennie Belfield of New Cambria. Forty-eight grandchildren and thirty-six great-grandchildren, two brothers and a host of other relatives and friends are left, one child preceded her in death. Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. O. B. Hobbs at the Methodist Episcopal church in North Salem, Wednesday, March 24. Interment was made in North Salem cemetery.
