If you were looking for ROOTS-L genealogy information rather than just our pretty pictures, you probably wanted our home page.

I made all the images used on the ROOTS-L pages (except for the little and icons) using xpaint and xv and whatever I could find here to noodle around with. It never occurred to me at the time that anyone would be interested, so I didn't take notes. Anyhow, if you would like to use them, and you're an individual or a non-profit organization, then you have my permission. But I request in return that, on the page that uses this artwork, you either include a link to the corresponding ROOTS-L page (for instance, if you use the Montana map background, then link to the ROOTS-L Montana page) or a link to this page.
